| We just spent a great new year at the Lanayr.We had a great time.The staff could not have been better they were so attentive. The food was excellent and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable as usual [ this was our third visit in 2010 ] and we are looking forward to going again. Thank you Alan, Keith and all the staff. |

| We had the best New Year's break for years at the Lanayr. Everyone made us feel so welcome and were very attentive. The food was good and the room (9a) was lovely and clean and cosy. We joined in the New Year entertainment and made some new acquaintances. Keith did a super job keeping us all entertained. Well done to all the staff. Thanks Allan, we'll be back this year!! |

| We arrived at Blackpool North in a blizzard and were soon being pelted by local snowball gangs, but received a very warm welcome at the Lanayr. Seriously good rates, even considering our visit was out-of-season. The breakfasts were great fuel for surviving the arctic weather, the room was lovely and I was gratified that the Tower could be seen from our window. The only let-down was that Blackpool v Spurs was frozen off, (but that wasn't Allan's fault). Many thanks. |

| We had a lovely nights stay on 05 nov 2010...we were made to feel very welcome upon arriving and the hotel smelled lovely the room was very cosy and warm spotlessly clean..breakfast was lovely and wonderful service...I will be recommending your hotel to my customers at Thomas cook...Wishing you all a very happy christmas and a great new year ahead...Suzie & Mario |

| My husband and I have just returned from a 2 day break staying here. It was great value for money. We had a double room en suite which was warm and cosy. You could also see the tower from the window!! Tea and coffee making facilities in room were replinished every day. It also had a lift in it. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was spotless and smelled lovely. The breakfast was amazing with lots on offer. Very close to the tower, coral island amusements, shops, pubs and seafront. The street was quiet at night and just a short walk from the evening entertainment. Will definately be back to this hotel. Blackpool is also going through some regeneration and the sea front looks great and the Pleasure Beach was also revamped. Will be back again soon not leaving it another 9 years again. |

| just an amazing hotel the best breakfast and evning meal nothing to much trouble especialy alan and keith and the chefs first class service and and very cheerful staff we will be returning to the best hotel in blackpool all the very best alan and keith regards stephen mulhern |

| thanks so much for 1st class service to us during our recent stay in your hotel in september the food is excellent the rooms are very tastefully decorated we had the honeymoon suite it was gorgeous thanks so much to keith and all the staff who cooked cleaned and made us feel so welcome every hotel should be like your thanks deborah and stephen mulhern |
